Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Each artwork is prepared and packaged with love and care.

  • Please allow 7–12 business days for order processing before shipping.

  • Custom requests or special packaging may take additional time. You will be notified by email if applicable.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight.

  • We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the location and speed selected.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days after processing.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once the item is shipped.

  • ISAF Heart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. International Shipping

  • At this time, we offer limited international shipping.

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery times vary by country. Please allow extra time for customs processing.

5. Packaging & Sustainability

  • All artworks are packaged securely to prevent damage.

  • We use eco-conscious packaging when possible.

  • Each piece includes a certificate of authenticity and tracking label.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email me@isafheart.com within 3 days with photos of the packaging and item.

  • If a package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms the loss, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was a shipping error.
